I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. I had been sick for quite some time, and although I was fighting through, it was tough. I went out to sit on my porch and feel the breeze on my face, and decided to check the mail. A beautiful pink envelope stuck out from the rest of the letters, and it was addressed to me. I opened it, and inside was an encouraging note from my good friend Eve along with the Strength Giving Key. I cried my eyes outright on the porch in front of several of my neighbors. It felt like she knew exactly when I'd felt like giving in and sent the key so I'd receive it at that very moment. I texted her immediately and thanked her over and over. I kept the necklace with the Giving Key around my neck for some time, and when I was strong enough to drive again, hung it around my rear view mirror. I looked up at it while driving a few days ago and realized that I was as strong as I have ever been, and that it was time to pass the key on to someone who needed it more than me. I'm mailing it off tomorrow. I can only pray it blesses my girlfriend as much as it blessed and encouraged me. God is awesome, and The Giving Keys are such priceless jewels of support!
